Matt Bernstein is a member of the Private Equity investment team. He joined Harvest in 2022.
Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst at Guggenheim Partners, where he focused on M&A transactions for both public and private companies within the Industrials group. He has a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
