Michael DeFlorio
Chief Executive Officer
Mike DeFlorio is a member of the Private Equity investment team. He joined Harvest in 2003.
Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Partner at J. H. Whitney & Co. where he completed private equity transactions in a number of sectors including general industrial, business services and healthcare. Before Whitney, he held positions at American Industrial Partners where he focused on acquiring middle market manufacturing businesses, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in corporate finance. He has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
