Thomas Kingshott is a member of the Private Equity Investment team. He joined Harvest in 2026.
Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Vice President at Wellspring Capital Management, where he focused on healthcare, consumer and business services, and industrial investments. Previously, he was an Analyst at UBS in the M&A group. He has a B.A in Political Science from Yale University.
