Harvest Partners SCF, LP Announces Investment in Professional Datasolutions, Inc.

Harvest Partners SCF, LP (“HP SCF”), the non-control private equity strategy of Harvest Partners, LP, announced it has made an investment in Professional Datasolutions, Inc. (“PDI”). Proceeds from HP SCF’s investment were used to support the acquisition of PDI by Insight Venture Partners (“Insight”).

Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, PDI is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions to the convenience retail, wholesale petroleum and fuel logistics industries. The Company offers a wide range of mission-critical software solutions for convenience stores and wholesale / logistics companies to manage their day-to-day operations.
