Kevin Formica

Kevin Formica is a member of the Ascend investment team. He joined Harvest in 2022.

Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Principal at CIP Capital, where he focused on private equity investments in the tech-enabled services sector. Prior to CIP Capital, he was an Associate at Protostar Partners and an Associate at TM Capital. He has a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
