Tej Rao is a member of the Private Equity investment team. He joined Harvest in 2026.
Prior to joining Harvest, he was an analyst at Harris Williams, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions across the healthcare and life sciences sectors. He has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
